GALLOWAY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
The annual meeting of GALLOWAY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC,.... shall be held on November 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM location: Association Office & zoom (zoom info at the bottom of this e mail)
The purpose of this meeting is to elect five (5) eligible individuals to the board of directors, who will serve for a period of one (1) year. The agenda is as follows:
The election will be conducted by written ballot. This ballot shall be provided in the Second Notice of the Annual Meeting.
Enclosed will be a Proxy to establish a quorum. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association the presence, either in person or by proxy, of members having the minimum percentage provided of the total votes in the Association shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at all meetings of members.
If you are eligible to be a Board Member, and desire to be placed in nomination, please forward the candidate form and the certification form to Exclusive Property Management Group, by no later than October 10, 2025 (40 days) either by mail, email, or personal delivery.
Failure to provide notice to the Association, prior to this date may prohibit you fram being a candidate for the Board of Directors.

Additionally, if you so desire, you may provide the Association with a one-page, one- sided, no larger than 81/2 inches by 11 inches information sheet regarding yourself, for distribution to all Unit Owners. This information sheet must be received no later than October 15, 2025 (35 days).
This notice has also been posted on the condominium property In accordance with the requirements of the Bylaws and Florida law
